🌸 K’s Wonder Poem 013 : 桜の花びらに乗って
ポジちゃんは、芝公園を散策していた。
今はお花見のシーズンで、ブルーシートが至る所に敷かれていた。
新入社員と思しき若い男性が一人ぽつんと座っていた。
男性は少し不安そうにしながら、スマホを何度も見ていた。
このような場所取りは会社の新人の仕事だ。
今時こういう風習の残っている会社もあるとは珍しい。
それにしても、東京タワーをバックに桜の木下でお花見するのは贅沢というものだ。
突然突風が吹いて、ポジちゃんはふわりと宙に浮いた。
そこへ桜の花びらが飛んできて、ポジちゃんは思わずそれを掴んだ。
風の吹く方向へ花びらは飛ばされていく。
ポジちゃんは、面白いと思った。
そして花びらの上に乗ることに成功した。
桜の花びらが絨毯の代わりとなって、まるでアラビアンナイトみたいだ。
花びらはゆっくりと高度を下げていった。
そして落ちたのは弁天池だった。
ポジちゃんは桜の花びらの上から水面を覗き込んだ。
鯉が泳いでいる。
誰かが手をパンパンと叩いた。
叩いた方向へ鯉は泳いで行った。
ポジちゃんは花びらの絨毯に乗ったまま、春の余韻を楽しむことにした。
何やら美味しそうな匂いもしてきたが、今日はここで少しだけ一休みしよう。
今度来るときは、ジェニーさんやチアリさんも一緒だ。
こんな美しい景色は、独り占めしてはいけないのだ。

🌸 K’s Wonder Poem 013 : Riding on a Cherry Blossom Petal
Posi-chan was taking a walk through Shiba Park.
It was cherry blossom season, and blue picnic sheets were spread out everywhere.
A young man, who seemed to be a new employee, was sitting there all alone.
He looked a little uneasy, checking his phone over and over again.
In some companies, it is still the job of new employees to reserve spots like this for gatherings.
It felt a bit unusual to see such a tradition still around today.
Even so, having a cherry blossom viewing party beneath the trees with Tokyo Tower in the background was truly a luxury.
Suddenly, a strong gust of wind blew, and Posi-chan was gently lifted into the air.
At that moment, a cherry blossom petal drifted by, and without thinking, he grabbed onto it.
Carried by the wind, the petal began to glide away.
Posi-chan found it delightful.
Then, he managed to climb on top of the petal.
It became like a flying carpet, almost like something out of the Arabian Nights.
The petal slowly began to descend.
Eventually, it landed on Benten Pond.
From atop the petal, Posi-chan peered down at the water’s surface.
Koi fish were swimming below.
Someone clapped their hands, and the koi swam toward the sound.
Remaining on his petal carpet, Posi-chan decided to enjoy the lingering feeling of spring.
A delicious aroma drifted through the air, but for now, he chose to rest here just a little while longer.
Next time, he would come back with Jenny and Chiali.
Such a beautiful scene was not something to be kept all to herself.
